Apple Cinnamon Cookies

My Apple Cinnamon cookie is September's limited edition cookie and is my take on a dutch apple pie! This cookie is comprised with a warm apple cinnamon base and topped with apple pie filling and a homemade cinnamon streusel topping, then dusted with powdered sugar!

This cookie is baked to perfection but has a very soft and delicate texture, please handle this cookie with care!
